Appartamento nuovo a 1 minuto dal porto

The host sent a video and we could do the check-in online. The apartment is well equipt, nicely refurbished and airy with large rooms. The location is great and well worth climbing the two floors. 😉

nothing the property is in an unsafe place , the building is in a precarious state( you could see holes between the steps). is licated at the second floor without elevator. the bad sheet were not iron as if they were used. the extra blankets looked dirty. the kitchen and the bathroom were clean. we could not stay there more than 10 min

The location close to the port. The easy access via key box.

The light is cold. The rooms are empty. There was no water heater. The floor felt cheap/sticky. The art is disturbing - not calm.

We had a very good experience, good communication with the host, clean apartment, comfortable, centrally located.

It was a little bit noisy outside, but as it is a city center, it is normal

The location is in a very nice place and close to the harbour. The appartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need.

Although everything is there, it feels a bit 'sterile'. The ceiling lamps are bright and give a 'cold' colour, and there's no alternative for warmer lighting. The kitchen room is large but rather empty, e.g. a larger table would have been nice. All together, it doesn't feel like a 'home'.

Clean and comfortable apartment close to the port area which is what we wanted. Excellent communication from the host Valerio made check in easy. Wi fi worked perfectly. Very modern bathroom

Just a tip. It needs a kettle and a tea towel

Excellent location for my needs, good value for the money, good communication with the host.
