Market Square Residence

Beautiful and large apartment, well furnished right in the city center on the main square. And the beautiful view from the window.We were very satisfied and the price is absolutely reasonable

The apartment is on the top floor, which can be a problem for some, especially with heavy luggage. But that's the price for a great view

The location was fantastic! We could see all the sparkling lights and action from the window in the living space. The apartment was large openplan, perfect for a young family. It was always warm and cosy when we got in. The shower was incredible! Paula was a very accommodating host.

The bedding was lumpy and could do with updating.

Absolutely everything! Amazing apartment, couldn't ask for more home comforts and amenities, a real home from home. The hosts were also really lovely and helpful and easy to contact if needed. The view over the square was great! Beds comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

As others have said, a lot of stairs. Although, mainly wide and shallow stairs. Injured my knee whilst away but still managed to (very slowly) get up and down the stairs! So I wouldn't let it put you off

I have no bad reviews about my stay at this property, we dealt with a Paula who has been in touch with us since august and went over and above to make our stay the best it possibly could have been. We will be back in 2025.

103 steps (yes 103) up to the apartment, no lift, we were a group of 5 ladies, two over 70 with health issues. We stayed out all day not for them to have to walk up the stairs more than once.

The location was perfect! The view of the main square from the apartment was amazing. Paula, our host was superb prior to and during our stay. She met us on arrival and carefully explained everything about the apartment as well as making some very good recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the city. The restaurant she recommended for our first lunch in the city was excellent too. We had a minor problem with a couple of the bathroom fittings which Paula arranged to be fixed straight away. If you're looking for somewhere exceptional to stay in Krakow look no further than Market Square Residence!

Personally this wasn't an issue but the apartment is reached by 6 flights of stairs from street level (103 steps). Something to be aware of for anyone with fitness or mobility issues - or lots of heavy luggage!

The hostess (I think her name was Paula) was so helpful and friendly that all tiredness of trip was gone immediately.

It was difficult to find the property. No signs.
