There wasn’t anything we didn’t like Great apartment with everything we needed

The location was amazing and the host was so helpful above and beyond anything we asked for was arranged for us would highly recommend

The only downside is the amount of stains to the apartment I believe 104 in total as it’s the top floor and no lifts with it been an old building but would definitely stay again especially once you’ve mastered those stairs 😁

Well located in the city. Plenty of space. No neighbours to hear, host was fantastic

We had an issue with the door but the host was so amazing coming into the city to resolve right away. One of the beds was a little broken but we made the host aware and I’m sure it will be repaired, we just shuffled sleeping arrangements so it didn’t effect us

The owner was so easy to communicate with and so, very welcoming. She made us feel very welcom. The location was fantastic being on the Square and the view was so magical with the snow. Even thought there were a few stairs to climb, the unit was perfect for our stay. Having so many restaurant options so close by was perfect. Would love to visit again.

Carrying the bags up the stairs but th stairs were wide and easy to navigate.

- flat is big and modern (better than the pictures show) - amazing location - best view of the square - host is very friendly and accommodating- we were able to check in early - main bedroom was also lovely- big and view of the square Highly recommended if you have no mobility issues

- it was clear from the description but the flat is on the top floor so a lot of stairs and no lift. - 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are smaller and no window to outside . Also there is a bar downstairs so could be loud for light sleepers

Close proximity to the Christmas market and public transport. 3 bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family of 5. The views of the square were beautiful.

Lots of steps, but this was communicated in the listing and again in communication with the owner.

Pillows & no English tv channels

* We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and the apartment was very spacious. It has 3 bedrooms (1 bigger than the other 2) but you can also sleep on the 2 couches they have. It also has 2 bathrooms (only one has a shower) * The view from the apartment was amazing * The location was the best possible. We were in the main square with everything near us * The host waited for us to arrive and explained to us everything we needed * It had some extra towels and blankets * The apartment was very clean

* The heating system - we went to Kraków at the end of November, the beginning of December. The temperature outside was -5°C / -8°C. The house was not that heated and we felt cold every night especially in the main bedroom because it is bigger. (The extra blankets were needed). * The pillows are very big. If you are like me and can’t sleep with that, you can use some of the decorative ones (that are smaller) or ask in advance. *The mattresses were soft and for some that might be amazing but, because I have back problems, it was a bit difficult to sleep in *The apartment is on the third floor. However, because it is in the historic center, it doesn’t have an elevator, so you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the apartment
