Nothing as host was nasty and demanded cash on arrival. She complained we were later than expected , through no fault of our own. Coach took 5 hrs to get up from Zakopane, instead of 2hrs!

Left us at busiest time of the year, outside in minus 6c, snowing and with disabled teenager. Refused bank transfer to avoid paying tax on her holiday rental. This is not the first time this woman has done this to other customers. Reported to booking.com
