So frustated with the condition of the unit. It supposed to be 2 nights, but end up I get off the unit early on the next day early at 10am, and get the other hotel. The condition: 1. The floor is oily when i step in yesterday 2. The toilet bowl broken 3. The toilet door cannot lock 4. The pillow cover dirty 5. Got cockcroach at the kitchen area 6. Cannot watch TV 7. Cannot access to Unifi/internet The owner of the unit slow in response, and at the end, she agrees to return my money, but only a portion of it. I understand. I paid booking.com RM465+ in total and the owner returned just RM228.20.
