Hi, hope there are improvement on the below. The environment and facilities in the studio is good but Hygiene not  recommend and poor.. 1) The futon and the mattress cover sheet have blood stained. All pillow casing, bed sheets cover and blankets smelly and dirty. 2) cooking pots with burning stains and damage coating pan, the coating layer fate off which not good for health. 3) 4 adults which only provide - 3 towels - 3 bar stools - 3 futon floor cushion 4) the toilet flush button loosen, which water running non stop need to press few time to make it browsing back 4) The bathroom floor with cement stained 5) the bathroom door can't lock /letch 6) No toilet roll handle / hanger to hang the toilet roll. 7) Toilet seat cover shaking and broken ( cant cover the seat properly) 8) no comment on washing machine as we not using but is good to have it. 9) Wardrobe door broken 10) No shower gel, only shampoo provided. 11) the dining table legs unstable shaking 12) pre tenant recipe still in the side table drawer, privacy not ensured and enclosed. Hope there are room for improvement. Regards
