O experientza oribila ,este o cladire infecta care ar trebui renovata de la temelie fara conditii elementare pentru aceste servicii fara lumina pe casa scari clante la usi liftulnu functioneaza de multi ani si clatirea s-a transformat intr-un depozit de materiale casnice cu sobolani iar in fatza usi apartamentului meu am gasit un rahat enorm de om ca un fel de bun venit am cerut explicatii proprietarului dar a spus ca politica firmei nu este de a da bani inapoi

to be brief : *its impossible to find the address *the entrance to the building is blocked with garbage cans *dirty and falling apart *Broken glass and doors *no electricity *no elevator *the staircase without light *full of bugs spiders and cockroaches *smell like a cemetery *host not answering call and not helping to find directions we had to search for it for 3 hours in the taxi during the night. and we left when we saw it because its a place for no humans property does not answer. avoid this scam.

Kitchen , air conditioning,led,wifi,beds,are ok I enjoyed my vocation it is very near to beach ,excellent ❤️

The staircase is disgusting. It is very smelly and there is cat shit everywhere (in the house). It looked like a homeless shelter

The building is terrible, it smells like cat shit, the apartment is full of bugs. Everything is dirty, the building where the apartment is located looks like an abandoned building from a horror movie.

Air conditioning and TV

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. From the very moment we arrived, the building gave off a repulsive impression – the stairwell was dirty and rundown, with broken glass in the doors, and there was a strong smell of excrement on the stairs. The lack of lighting in the stairwell only added to the feeling of neglect. The apartment door was difficult to open, which further contributed to our negative feelings. Inside, the noise was overwhelming – at 4 a.m., a garbage truck was emptying bins right under our windows, and the poorly sealed windows let in every sound from outside. Additionally, there was a loud noise coming from the courtyard on the other side of the door, making it impossible to get any rest. The condition of the apartment was far from acceptable. All the towels were dirty, there was no iron, and trash and dust were piled up in every corner. The floor was visibly dirty, and the bed sheet was stained. Moreover, we found garbage left by previous tenants under the sink. The windowsill in the bathroom was also dirty and dusty. Overall, we do not recommend this place. We are very disappointed with our stay. Entering the apartment was disgusting, and frankly, we have no idea how this property has received so many positive reviews on Booking. This place definitely does not meet the standards that should be expected from such accommodations. These accusations are documented with photos.

The location is good, close to the beach and the center. Also, the customer service of this property is always in touch. Price = quality. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

Even though the street is close to the beach and the center, it feels unsafe, very dark, dirty and the entrance and stairs are terrible. Yes, I read the reviews and was prepared for this entrance, but the smell and dirt exceeded all my expectations.

Nothing

We couldn't enter the apartment because none of the pin numbers given to me worked, outside was disgusting, graffiti all over the place, urine all on the stairs. Until my complaints have been resolved and I receive my money back in full I will not either use or recommend booking.com to anyone.
