Central Comfort Studio

I have been in many places but this place is not for tourist , except the location and the owners that were very very nice in their messages though I didn't see them they hiding behind the big name Holidayzer.com. and you should know that they send me a message after I order that they are not responsible for any stolen things and theft. The neighbors of the buildings doesn't take care of it, garbage can in the front of the building and when you go in the stairs to go up to the second and a half floors where is the apartment the stairs are horrible. dirt, stinks.Spider webs dead cockroach, and urine. Scary dark No light at night to go up. The apartment itself is as described. But the pictures doesn't shows the real things. you get what you pay for,

Swift self checkin/out, very good position, good balcony, all the basic things available.

The entrance is a horror one (scary stairs, looks like deserted building). The cleaning could be better. The apartment could do some improvements- furniture is a bit rusty. Also the warm water did now work for 2 days.

Location of the studio is excellent. Hosts are very kind and friendly. Very professional on their part. Recommended for those who do not value luxury.

The building is very dirty, but the studio was clean.

Location is great and very helpful introduction video.

Studio is really very small. Elevator doesn't work (seems like never worked). Balcony is almost over the garbage bins - you will wake up 5 am when they are emptying containers. Studio is very clean, but I can't say that about the building itself and especially staircase. Air conditioner is a great plus and works perfectly thanks to very clear video instructions,and the host responded immediately, but the light at the entry did not work and it was very difficult to find another one "somewhere on the wall - white wall and which switcher with no light - challenge). Bad that there was even no salt in the kitchen, not speaking about sugar or coffee or tea. Cups were very big and do not fit coffe machine - you can look at it but can't make coffe or you have to buy your own cup. Still good choice to stay a night or two.

Good location, quite near everything you need in the city center. The apartment is small but all you need is there. It is quiet in there and the AC is working fine.

The building entrance is terrible. The look and smell will take all the expectations away before you even enter the apartment. I am not sure what the owner can do about it to make it better really.
