Spotless clean, comfy beds, well equiped to cook breakfast (coffee and creamer were there) and a very friendly host. The tram stop is in front of the door. Good value for money.

Early check out: you need to be ready at exactly 10:00 AM when Irina rings the bell.

The host was very prompt and nice in handing over the keys. The room was private, there was memory foam on the bed, and there is an elevator so we didn't have to carry luggage up the sets of stairs.

There was a slight smell of old smoke, but after being in the room for ~15 minutes it was no longer noticeable.

Well appointment unit, quiet, tram at the doorsteps.

Lot of rubbish around the property but you leave that behind once you close the door.
