Central, modern and peaceful, lovely Cathedral views, two-bed apartment with 40" smart TV & free onsite parking

It was spotless and had everything that we needed. Felt a bit overlooked with no window blinds just the shutters.

Easy to find and instructions to get in the apartment were good Location brilliant,right in the centre of Lincoln.All the amenities were excellent,in the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms.Spacious lounge and comfortable beds.Lots of glasses,cutlery etc if you want to self cater

Only slightly negative issue was the parking space for our apartment.It was on a very steep gradient backing onto bins and very tight to park up.Brake error light flashed on and had to keep checking in case it rolled back.Nearby car park was full otherwise we would have moved it there

Parking was not allocated, or if it was another car was in the space.

Good instructions given, might be worth suggesting collecting keys from lock box before you park car.

Maybe put some coat hooks up in the flat or behind doors in bedrooms

Parking very tricky. Needs better notices etc. The keys in both doors were a bit difficult to use.

Great location, clean, comfortable and warm flat sufficiently equipped (a roll of kitchen paper would have been useful). Enya very helpful (but if the entry instructions and the doors had been better we wouldn't have had to contact her).

Difficulty of getting in and out of the building 1) photographs didn't come with communications from Boooking.com. At my request Enya sent phots as attachments to a text message but the pictures were so blurry that we couldn't read the numbers for the entry key pad or the key lock box or the wifi. The second time she sent the pictures they were OK. 2) The door at the foot of the stairs is very difficult to get out of, the lock seems to be broken (you can get in OK with the key). 3) The lock box is very difficult to use. 4) The door of the en suit bathroom jams if fully closed. I thought I was going to be trapped there in the middle of the night. We encountered one neighbour who said she often found people wandering around unable to find their way in. So I suggest that you get some one to fix the downstairs entry door and review you entry instructions (if you're going to send pictures they would come out better in WhatsApp).

Great apartment, close to everything, with off street parking. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Plenty of storage for clothes and cases.

The property wasn’t very clean, with thick dust on shelves and the tv unit and dirty bath and tiles in the bathroom.
