Central, modern and peaceful, lovely Cathedral views, two-bed apartment with 40" smart TV & free onsite parking

The best part of the booking was the central location of the property, with easy access to the Cathedral and to the town centre. Access to the site was not straightforward though. The apartment was comfortable enough for the two nights we stayed. Any longer might have been more difficult.

Car parking difficult with the supposedly allocated parking space taken by another car. The shower over the bath was not connected and had no obvious way of being connected. The TV didn't work, with only intermittent reception. Switched off completely after a couple of minutes as it was impossible to watch. No shelving or cupboards in the bathroom to hold everyday bathroom kit. The car park exit gate wouldn't open so spent 10 minutes or more trying to get out and away, after contact with Enya to enable our "escape".

This was a perfect central location, less than 100 metres from the High Street. However, situated down a side street, easily accessed, it was extremely quiet. And there was the wonderful Caffè Portico nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. With a main bathroom and en suite shower room, ideal for 2-4 people or family. Excellent for a short stay and real value for money.

The designated parking space was taken, but we parked in another and had no problems.

Location, spacious

A spacious, new looking modern flat in an excellent very central location next to the pedestrian zone near the cathedral with shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorsteps. It was very comfortable and clean and with two bathrooms. A nice touch was milk in the fridge, tea/coffee & other few basic items plus various toiletries provided. The flat had an easy access and very clear photo instructions. A parking space was a great bonus. The owner was friendly and very responsive. We had a lovely stay in Lincoln.

The parking space was a little tricky due to a very steep downward incline but perfectly usable.
