Central, modern and peaceful, lovely Cathedral views, two-bed apartment with 40" smart TV & free onsite parking

So sorry but the parking space wasn’t able to be used as on a very steep incline.

Location was great. Loved the cathedral view watching the Pegrine Falcons. Weather was exceptionally hot during our stay and plenty of fans were provided, which helped a little.

Apartment appeared clean to begin with but on closer inspection it needs a deep clean with dirty skirting boards and dusty shelves. The towels were like sandpaper.

Dirty microwave and oven. Skirting boards and inside cupboards were dirty .Very few utensils . And someone was in our designated parking place. Also cupboards were full of owners rubbish ie paint pots old broken glasses etc

Excellent location, well equipped and very clean.

Towels were very old and scratchy. Parking space not for the faint hearted- didn’t realise from photo how steep incline it was on - didn’t dare do after one try and parked in car park over the road instead at a charge. The parking spot was occupied later so good job I didn’t want it!

A comfortable, well presented and modern apartment. Great location in central Lincoln. All home comforts and easy guide sent for check in. We had toiletries, milk and tea/coffee available in the apartment. Bed was comfy and secure parking space.

The parking space was on a steep incline which may be difficult in bad weather or for non confident drivers. Location was perfect for us but is at bottom of the steep hill which could be detrimental for people with poor mobility wanting to visit castle or cathedral.

Issue with someone parking in our allocated car space continually - need a sign to say that the car park is allocated to unit 5

The apartment was in an ideal location for the High St and the castle and the cathedral. Very nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Nice to find coffee and tea supplied in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again if we visit Lincoln again.

The instructions from where to park to how to get in her spot on, our parking space had been taken but spoke to Enya and it was sorted, locations was perfect, brilliant for a base to explore the city, we enjoyed our stay

It was easy check-in and the location was very central. Apartment really clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The name of the road that the apartment could be accessed from would have made it a bit easier to find
