Central, modern and peaceful, lovely Cathedral views, two-bed apartment with 40" smart TV & free onsite parking

It was apartment number 6 not number 5 as instructed. Curious to know why we weren’t told it was number 6? Paperwork in apartment said number 5. Entry instructions could be made clearer. En-suite bathroom could do with a refurb. Steep parking space and not clearly marked. Great location and very secure.

Excellent location, book in details accurate, lovely modern apartment, very clean and well maintained.

No welcome package - for example in other properties we’ve received fresh milk, water, local delicacy eg Lincolnshire plum bread, bottle of wine… these would elevate experience to a higher level

Location excellent modern clean and well equipped. Excellent host very accommodating. Parking a little tight and only room for one car. As we were two couples, we had to use the car park across the road and go out at 8am to put another ticket on. Would definitely go again and find 24hr parking.

Absolutely fantastic location, close to the high street & Lincoln Cathedral, spacious clean apartment with lovely views, plenty of toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo etc), very spacious kitchen with plenty of supplies. Comfy sofa in the living room and nice decor/books and games. Enya was great at communication and quick to reply to messages.

Everything was great but if I had to be super critical, the bedding was creased in both rooms so could do with ironing and bed quite low in en-suite room. However It’s nothing that would stop us from booking to stay here again!

Clean new and fresh interior. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Excellent location. I would book again

Please replace light in ensuite as flashes before my next visit 🙂. Coat hooks would be great in the hall.

No problems to report

The location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. Although there were some very obvious décor imperfections, including tape in the bathroom, the property was clean and tidy.

I had to phone as the keys weren't in the lockbox. It was an extremely freezing cold and icy day when we arrived and there was no heating on in the property when we arrived. The storage heaters were effective but it would have been nice to arrive to some warmth rather than a very cold apartment.

Location ease accommodation

Only slight one, is the fan from building next door. I'm sure they are breaking some regulations with the constant noise level 24/7. Not a deal breaker for us. May put some of
