Central, modern and peaceful, lovely Cathedral views, two-bed apartment with 40" smart TV & free onsite parking

The location is superb and it does have a parking space. The apartment is totally adequate for 2-4 people sharing.

Cannot open any windows in the side of living room and kitchen, there is a constant humming noise from the plant room downstairs where the bedrooms are facing but as we were so tired we slept anyway. Mattresses were quite soft. Is not a minus depending on your back. But the big no no is that smell in the flat. It comes and go and is a musty smell that is quite strong. There are also water marks running down the wall in the bathroom and the carpets were a bit dirty. And the toilet bins were filled with previous people’s rubbish. I had to empty them myself. I think no amount of vacuuming will be able to clean the carpets and the water leak if sorted already, the bathroom will need redecorating. Parking is steep!

One small bath towel only, no hand / face cloth Practically empty hand wash bottles in bathrooms We were unable to gain entry until 5.30, no keys in box, Due to owners belongings still in cupboards, it felt as if we were uninvited guests Did not appreciate the smelly shoes left outside the communal hall, staircase stank of vomit We have stayed in many property’s and this one was definitely the absolute worst

Lovely place to stay so easy to get to ,host exceptionally good make sure all is ok ,would recommend to anyone looking to experience Historic Lincoln , the view of the cathedral is great ,would not hesitate to stay again .you'll fall in love with Lincoln after staying here

Nothing at all

Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The location was excellent with close proximity to local bars, restaurants and shops. The larger bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was great! The shower pressure was very good and the kitchen came with everything you needed. Complimentary tea and coffee was appreciated.

There is a very noisy fan outside the back of the property which did wake us up from time to time as it runs 24/7. The allocated parking space was a little tricky as it is on a steep incline but this couldn't be helped due to it being close to Steep Hill! The previous tenant's food and drink items were still in the fridge but that didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment.

Great location, good size apartment although a little tired. Could see cathedral from the bedroom. Second bedroom bed very comfy.

Bed not comfy in main bedroom, could feel every spring. Bathroom light not working so had to use mirror light. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in main bathroom and skirting boards dirty. We had to move the sofa as my friend dropped some change. Upon moving it, it was clear it hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. A bottle top, lots of dirt/dust, some food debris (crisp) a playing card and an earring.

Superb location, spotlessly clean, facilities awesome, comfortable beds.
