En välfungerande apartment. Gott om plats, bekväma sängar, väl utrustat, fräscha rum och lyxigt badrum

Sönder tvättat kudde, ingen städning på hela vistelse, inget sopptömning, det gjorde jag, inga extra soppåsar att byta...Väggklocka stog still, dåligt med handdukar,.fick nöja mig med två slitna på hela vistelse. Ingen kontakt med reception då den finns långt borta från boendet. Just det som var problemet. När vi kommit till reception för att få nycklar till apartment så visade det sig att vi ska bo på ett annat adress än Florianska. Stor besvikelse för i regnet fick man gå lång väg yill Stolarska 13. Som tur var så har en trevlig personal Max hjälpt oss hela vägen med bagage. Viktigt stt uppmärksamma; Tala om för gästerna, att dom ska själva tömma sopphinkar, köpa soppåsar, komma till hotellet med egna kuddar och handdukar. Jag förväntade mig bättre servis.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable.

there were several issues that negatively affected our stay. There was a homeless person staying near the entrance, creating a very unpleasant smell. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken, and the person kept returning. The check-in process was inconvenient. Instead of having the option of self check-in, we had to go to the reception desk, collect the keys, communicate with the staff, and then walk to the apartment. The lighting throughout the apartment was far too dim, except in the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the light fixture in the middle room was not working at all. The towels were old, and some of them were torn. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, or any other basic amenities provided. The bathroom/toilet did not have a lock, which was inconvenient for a group of five people. There was also no hook for a hand towel and no shelf or surface where guests could place toothbrushes or other toiletries.

Posizione eccellente, dentro al centro storico.

Квартира чиста, є все необхідне для проживання, розташована в старому місці і має гарну шумоізоляцію. Єдиний мінус - підлога скипить. Загалом рекомендую.

Sadece konumu çok iyiydi

Evin içi çok eskiydi ve dökülüyordu. Mutfağındaki hiç bir elektronik alet çalışmıyordu.
