Please note to inform the apartments about the estimated arrival time in order to arrange a key collection. The apartments are located on Grodzka Street, Stolarska Street, and neighboring streets. All apartments are located in the Old Town, within walking distance of our reception. The reception is located at Floriańska 39 Street. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card for the amount equivalent to the first night of stay. This amount can be used to cover any damage to the property. The facility reserves the right to charge an additional fee for excessive cleaning after the departure of guests, including additional cleaning services. The property is located in a busy area and guests may experience some noise disturbance. Please note that the property is located in an area with limited car access. Access to the facility is possible at certain times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Disappointing stay due to hygiene and missing essentials"

The studio is located right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short walk from all the main attractions.

The studio appears visibly neglected and poorly managed. Basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo are not provided. Even inexpensive items that cost next to nothing, such as instant coffee sachets, tea, and napkins, are also not available. The sofa was visibly dirty, and there were no complimentary bottles of water provided either.

"If it wasn’t for the noisy construction work right in front of the apartment, it would have been great."

Location and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. When we arrived, it was clean, but be aware that there is no housekeeping service during the stay. There was a very noisy construction project taking place directly in front of our apartment, which significantly disturbed our experience. We reported the issue, and one day later we were offered the option to move to another apartment, but by then it no longer made sense for us since we had only a short time remaining. The company manages multiple apartments, so I would recommend asking in advance for a unit that is not affected by nearby construction work. The last detail was that we got some torn towels.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja! Mimo iż 4 minuty od Rynku, było cicho. Przy otwartych oknach, słyszeliśmy hejnał 😁 Mieszkanie zadbane, łóżka wygodne

Okna wychodziły na korytarz, którego używali inni mieszkańcy, Przydałyby się rolety dla prywatności. Robiąc rezerwację, myślałam, że będzie osobna sypialnia, a było to duże studio, co niekoniecznie nam pasowało - rodzice plus dwójka dzieci.

"Una ubicación perfecta"

La ubicación ha sido fantástica...en el centro histórico y cerca de los lugares de interés...todo muy limpio...y menaje de cocina suficiente

En un principio tuvimos un problemilla con el primer apartamento...pero nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y lo solucionarón rápidamente...

Lokalizacja doskonała, pieszo na starówkę 3 min, z okna widok na Teart, pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne. Apartament wyposarzony we wszystko co niezbędne. Recepcjonistka bardzo miła i pomocna. Świetne miejsce

Suszarka do włosów nie działa, akurat zmoczył nas deszcz i by się przydała żeby dzieciakom wysuszyć włosy.
