L'accueil du propriétaire. Appartement insalubre. Travaux très important sur les façades, échafaudages, difficilement accessible. Vous ouvrez la fenêtre, une bétonnière vous attend pour le lendemain dès 8h. Nous avions loué pour 2 jours, première nuit n'ayant pas trouvé un autre logement obligé d'y resté. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit de peur des représailles du propriétaire et de sa famille vivant dans le bâtiment.

Building is under reconstruction so you can hear voices, drilling and so on just next your bedroom, see scaffold and mess just out the window/ door entrance (April 2026) Tiny walls so you hear everithing even during night Beach is after quit bussy road No mention in advance about reconstruction (which is big thing for me. No sign or name at door to find it easily

Ottimo appartamento. Davvero molto spazioso e moderno. La cucina ottima, molto fornita. La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in è stata molto gentile. Possibilità di parcheggi a due passi dall'appartamento

la camera da letto è adiacente ad un altro appartamento. Vi erano due persone dentro quest'altro appartamento che hanno passato tutta la notte a ruttare, sbattere bottiglie di vetro e ridere. Muro assolutamente non insonorizzato. Abbiamo avuto diverse difficoltà a dormire. La lavatrice non era funzionante, tuttavia l'host ci ha fatto la cortesia di far lavare i nostri panni. Suggerirei solo di far trasparire un po' meno fastidio nell'assistere le richieste per malfunzionamenti.

The apartment we booked is a construction site and was not available to us. We were not informed about this and first went to the address listed on Booking.com. Instead, we received another apartment. It was relatively new, well equipped and had a good bathroom, but it was a basement apartment, very dark and quite cool at the end of April/beginning of May. The furniture quality was mediocre, and the bed was poor. We did not get what we booked. I would not have booked the apartment we actually received, so my overall rating is not good.
