Uns wurde falsche Adresse per SMS mitgeteilt mit der Bitte 20 Minuten vorher Bescheid zu geben, dass wir kommen. Wir haben halbe Stunde früher Bescheid gegeben und mussten trotzdem noch 20 Minuten warten. Als sich rausstellte, dass wir an der falschen Adresse waren, wurde ich am Telefon beinah angeschrien dass es meine Schuld ist und dass man auf uns wartet. Ich habe mehrmals betont, dass ich es mir nicht wünsche so mit mir zu reden und irgendwas zu unterstellen. Der Herr wollte leider nicht ansehen, dass er uns falsche Adresse schickte und eine Stunde später kam nur eine Nachricht „Google spinnt“ … so will man als zahlender Kunde nicht behandelt werden
