Marathi Apartments

Loved being so close to the beach which allowed swimming before breakfast. Lovely view from balcony. Host Eleni was fantastic and gave us treats. We liked not having a cleaner every day so we could lie in if we wanted.

Great position, big spaces, friendly staff.

The position of the apartment is really wonderful: the beach is right in front if the house, the sea vue is breath taking, the sand on the beach is so clean and shiny. There is a tavern right on the beach with very friendly people working there and, of course, very tasteful food. It is a place that is a little bit more isolated, shops being at around 7 km, in the nearest village. But this has its advantages: you can feel a little bit of a more authentical Cretan flavor. There is, for instance, a small church nearby that makes the entire experience more pleasant. The apartment is cosy, clean and the host expected us with some sweets that were very well received by the kids.

There is a problem with the doors (especially the bathroom door). Sometimes, we couldn't close it. It is something that can be fixed, so it may have been solved in the meantime.
