Had trouble locating the keys in the night which the team sorted next day. Very prompt, professional and ethical team. Spoke to quite a few people on the team. They refunded the first night's amount but nevertheless maintained very good communication. They ensured that it should not be difficult and relocated the keys and kept me fully informed on the actions taken to resolve the issue not just for me but for any future visitors. Kudos to the Homeprime team

uwaga- szukanie skrytki na siatce która była zarośnięta krzakami, w nocy - dość ciekawe, poniszczone/uszkodzone meble, czystość oceniam 3/10, może dla kogoś będzie to wystarczające, ale na podróżowanie z rodziną, nie spełnia moich standardów;
