"Disappointing"

The location is safe, close to the city center, and many bus/tram stations are nearby. Also, the host responded quickly to my messages and helped me very much with instructions about taking the keys and about the functionalities of the house.

Unfortunately, it was totally dirty. The only clean thing was the bath towels. The floor, the sofas, the sheets, the bathroom, the duvet covers, and the kitchen counter were dirty. Also, the furniture appeared to be worn externally in various parts. I immediately informed the host with pictures, and he responded to me without delay but did nothing at all to at least clean the apartment.
