Very spacious apartment with every thing needed. Very quiet area and easy parking on site. We did not use the outside terrace due to time of year - but its there if you need it. Comfy sofa and a good TV for the dark nights.

Bed was very soft and a bit noisy for our taste.

Lovely, warm, clean and spacious. Sofa so comfy! Loved being able to park directly in front of the ground floor apartment. Fantastic location for the NEC and a short drive to a couple of small supermarkets and a very good fish and chip shop.

Could hear the occupant move about in the apartment above, and they got up quite early too, so was always woken up by them.

4th visit and everything was as good as usual

Clean and well appointed. Perfect for what I wanted

Warm,clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. Lilian had turned the heating on to ensure the apartment was warm on our arrival. Too cold to enjoy the outside space but an enclosed garden area is accessible to the rear of the apartment ideal for a warm summer evening.

Location

Lovely spacious and quiet flat. Great shower and excellent kitchen area. Loved the motorcycle memorabilia - this accommodation and its estate was built on the site previously occupied by the Triumph motorcycle factory until 1983. Would highly recommend.
