"Lovely but noisy"

The flat is clean, well furnished and equipped and clearly well looked after. There’s a really pretty garden at the back and parking is easy and convenient.

When the upstairs flat was occupied, the noise was surprisingly loud. Footsteps, conversations and plumbing noises were loud enough to be disturbing and sadly this would put me off rebooking what’s otherwise a gem of a place.
