From the moment we arrived, KD, our host, was there to welcome us with warm hospitality. He personally met us at the property and took the time to provide us with the key along with an introduction to all the amenities and features of the accommodation. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort was immediately apparent and set a wonderful tone for our entire stay. Throughout our time at the property, KD and every member of the staff (Rajab, Silas etc.,) we encountered were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. Their professionalism combined with their friendly, approachable manner made us feel truly valued as guests. The property itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Nyali area proved to be an ideal location, offering both tranquility and convenient access to areas in the North coast at that time of the year. All in all, our stay was nothing short of delightful, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a calm, relaxing retreat in the Nyali area. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a comfortable base for exploring the region, this property and its exceptional team will not disappoint.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute lifesaver and a dream stay for my family As a mother, my expectations for comfort, safety, and peace for my family are very high...and English Point Residence exceeded them in every possible way. Our stay began under very stressful circumstances. On the day of travel, our original accommodation abruptly called to say they were fully booked and could no longer host us. We were already en route to Mombasa and spent hours searching for an alternative, unsure if we would find anything suitable at such short notice. When we came across English Point Residence, we honestly weren’t sure if they would have availability but to our great relief, they did. From the very first interaction, KD, the owner, was exceptional. He moved swiftly to accommodate us, confirmed availability immediately, and reassured us that the apartment was ready. Despite this being a last-minute booking and our train arriving late into the city, KD and his team remained welcoming, responsive, and eager to host us. Upon arrival, my family and I were absolutely blown away. The residence felt like paradise: massive, airy rooms and breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the ocean. The moment my children saw the space and the sea, they were overjoyed, and as a mother, that instant happiness meant everything to me. I knew immediately we had found something special. KD’s team was equally impressive. Led by Carol, the support staff were efficient, warm, and extremely professional. We were settled in quickly and effortlessly, and within no time, we were enjoying a swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. A moment of pure relief and joy after a very long day. English Point Residence truly felt like a home away from home, elevated by stunning views of the incoming tide and an atmosphere of calm and luxury. It is quiet, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families of all ages. This stay turned what could have been a disastrous start to our holiday into an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at English Point Marina Residences and our family absolutely loved the experience. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. They were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated an early check in, which made a huge difference since we were travelling with young kids. The apartments were spotless, something that is especially important when you have small children, and we were really impressed with the level of cleanliness and care. Our kids had an amazing time and the environment felt safe, comfortable and very family friendly. Communication was also excellent. Every inquiry we made was handled promptly and reliably, which made planning and coordination very easy for us. Overall, everything went extremely well. We genuinely appreciate the effort the team put into making our stay memorable and we highly recommend English Point Marina Residences to anyone looking for a professional, clean and enjoyable place to stay in Mombasa.

Serene with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean and Mombasa Island. Centrally located within easy reach of malls, supermarkets and restaurants.

My family and I were upgraded to the VVIP suite on arrival — pleasant surprise and well appreciated, thanks! Excellent Wi-Fi all over. Spotlessly clean. Sophisticated, contemporary design of the apartment with 180 degree sea views. Functioning aircon in all the bedrooms and lounge area (which was not actually needed by us in mid October). Charming high end location near Mombasa's best restaurants. Try the delicious locally made kheema chapatis! The location is lovely, quiet and private. One can join other joggers on their morning or evening run up the hill. Explored the beach - rocks and tidal pools. Swam near sandbank at low tide. The establishment's friendly dogs joined us at beach which was a lovely touch. The 25m heated pool on the property is great for laps. Warm welcome by the owner himself and the staff — excellent hosts. This is the only place I'd stay in if I visit Mombasa again.
