Beautiful place, beautiful location. Great staff

An incredible list of what you can’t do. And the breakfast. It’s included in the price, but if you want 2 eggs: pay. Milk instead of tea with milk: pay. Sausage with breakfast: pay, etc. Towels and bedding changed after 4 days which has nothing to do with environment, but just because it’s cheaper. It’s a very nice place, but I didn’t feel welcome like I usually feel in other hotels or apartments.

The size of the apartment was shockingly huge, and the view from the master bedroom and balcony was breathtaking. The entire premise was immaculate, I have been to many hotels over the years, but I didn't go inside the pool, I couldn't resist this pool, and I am a happier person because I succumbed to it's allure. Special praise must be given to Magdalena and Silas for making me feel like royalty. There are so many wonderful things I could say about the property, but the staff outshines everything and was the surprising highlight of my stay. It's obvious long before you get to the property that this residence aims to please and will prioritize you. I was asked questions so that they could tailor their services to address my unique requirements. I will end my review by giving a shout-out to KD, It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you. It's not often that an owner reaches out to guests to ensure that they are being taken care of, documents whatever minor suggestion/s given, and then do follow-ups, which was very reassuring.

None, whatever issue I had was addressed promptly .

The breakfast was limited in options but good in service. The balcony is the best thing in the location, but the private beach was not clean. The photos on Booking did not match my expectations. The residence also is far from the train stations, more that 6 KM as mentioned on the details. I think I should not trust Booking.com anymore, because this is my second experience where the photos and long list of facilities do not match with reality. What I like most was the apartment, it was good, clean, quiet and comfortable. I also liked the staff, especially Caroline and Salis, very helpful.

The description on Booking is related to the English Point beach resort while the English Point Residence is only a residential place not a beach resort. It has nothing except a pool. I surprised when I've been told, on arrival, by the English Point Residence's reception that the English Point Residence uses their brand which apparently (deception), so I had to take another taxi to get the EP residence where I found nothing enjoyable but a nice apartment. The AC was not working in the master room, so I had to use the other room during my stay. I did not like releasing their 5 dogs to chase the residents during exit and return that I had my leg injured when I tried to avoid one of the dogs.

I recently stayed at the English Point Residence, and I cannot speak highly enough about its incredible location. Nestled right on the beachfront, the apartment offers breathtaking views of the ocean from nearly every room. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was truly a dream come true! Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located just a short walk from a variety of restaurants. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood or a cozy café, everything is just minutes away. The landlord provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, making it easy to immerse myself in the local culture. If you're looking for a apartment that combines comfort with an unbeatable location, the English Point Residence is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it for both relaxation and adventure!

Nothing, we were absolutely happy

We enjoyed a wonderful 2-night stay at English Point Residences. It was the perfect set-up for our group of 2 couples and 1 young adult. The view from our balcony was lovely, as was the pool. Our host, KD, was very communicative and helpful, arranging for transport from the train and going the extra mile to arrange for a jacket that was left behind to get delivered to Nairobi. The made-to-order breakfasts were delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bonus addition were the 5 puppies and their doggy mom and dad! Thank you, KD, for an exceptional stay.

We had a wonderful week at English Point Residence. The apartment was very spacious and the view just amazing. Mercy, the chef, made a delicious breakfast that we are already missing. The best part about this place are the people there - always friendly and helpful and we felt secure the whole time. Last but not least did our kids enjoy playing with the little puppies. They loved playing with the dogs and did that all the time.
