Apartment in Pico De Loro

Breakfast not taken in the restaurant. Very convenient for both country club and beach.

The apartment needed some maintenance. Lounge aircon dripping water; main bathroom door veneer peeling, lobby entrance light not working etc.

It’s very spacious. Really good for family vacation.

The water is not clean but that’s with the Pico facility.

We liked the room set up like 3spacious rooms each with private bath n toilet n price range is ok.

The apartment needs to be renovated like tainted walls, falling cement coatings and tarnished paints in most parts. One toilet basin is not working and one tank with stacked up tank plusher. Notwithstanding the apartment was clean. As to pico de loro as a resort, it's a quite place, too laid back with nothing to do except sleep and relax. The cove/beach is not something to be missed.

There's a lot of beds available. Great value for a family of 12. They also have a huge dining table and complete kitchen set so we were able to celebrate Christmas with ease. The caretaker is kind and attentive. The same goes with the owner whom I have been chatting through booking.com since day 1. Never had any problem in using the amenities that come with the resort fee. All in all we did enjoy our stay ☺️

When we arrived the place smelled fishy.. I hope they will put air fresheners at the apartment.. 😅 though Im not taking this against them but of course it would be better if upon arrival the unit will smell nice and cozy.

The apartment is big and can occupy more than 9 pax, all rooms are equipped with cr, aircons and veranda.. We had a relaxing stay with apartment pico de loro..

The staff wasn't able to answer our txt messages.. Keys was just left at the table, there is no Wifi, TV are working only with Wifi..
