Apartment in Pico De Loro

the property is so large for our group. we love the high ceiling of the living room and dining area and even the rooms are all clean and spacious. kitchen is complete of dining and cooking wares. balcony is also huge and with nice view of the mountain.

no towels and toiletries though they already informed us about that. they are also strict on number of guests. we exceed 1 guest so we need to look for another property to accomodate that extra guest even if the property can hold probably 15 pax comfortably.

Deferred maintenance There is no hot water in one bathroom. One of the bidet is leaking. We turned it off so it will stop leaking. The sink doesn't drain in the bathroom with leaking bidet. The fan on the stove makes the fan noise but doesn't suck the air out, therefore the smell doesn't get sucks out. Water damage on the ceiling. Walls cracking. Doors and cabinets peeling. Air con leaking water therefore the paint peeling as well, where the water drips. Hole in wall behind TV The caretaker was not that welcoming.
