About d breakage fee I never knew about it till I arrived at margate

Location is good enough.

The lift was out of order.

Centrally located in town walking distance to anything needed.

Perfect for a partying young person. The flat is above 2 clubs and a couple of restaurants. The weekends are very noisy, besides the resident colony of birds that live in the palm trees across the street that make incessant noise for some reason only at night, and not the fault of the flat owner but the building across the street was being painted and the crew would start maintenance and painting by banging together steel scaffolding starting at 7am while choosing yelling as their preferred communication method with one another. Overall, I was barely able to sleep during the night. There was also an almond shaped/sunflower seed colored bug problem if you know what I mean.
