Margate Duplex with Private Terrace Air Conditioning The Duplex Margate

An absolute epic, gem of a property. Set on 2 floors made it feel like a house rather than an apartment. Loved the open plan large kitchen, diner, and lounge. Had all the modern stuff you'd expect, like smart TV with all the apps, x box with games, jigsaws, coffee machine, and most importantly, 2 blankets for the cosy sofa nights! I love it when places give you blankets and home from home comforts. I'd love to have some cats to borrow next time!! We had gift bags on the beds, which were an extra nice touch. Each bedroom had tea and coffee set up too. Very beautiful decorated throughout. And a nice deep bath which we soaked in every day! Lots of road parking is available usually right outside the flats with a short walk into the main town and just around the corner, and you are in Cliftonville where all the cool shops are.

Il manquait un peu de nettoyage notamment pour la vaisselle pas forcément bien nettoyé par les autres locataires.

Location is perfect and the house is modern and extremely well kept. Excellent communication and very accommodating - will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We were visiting Margate for a friend's birthday and it was just around the corner from everywhere we wanted to be. The apartment is excellent and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it for anyone looking for a decent spot in Margate.
