I had an absolute amazing stay. Everything was super clean and the bed was really comfy . I loved the little gift bag that was left on the bed 🥰 Lisa is really thoughtful and she is really quick to reply with any questions. Will definitely be coming back Zelda

Host was very responsive and snacks, tea/coffee refreshments were top-notch. Property was very well presented.

This is a very very tiny nitpick, but the TV didn't have Disney+ and we couldn't get the Chromecast to work. But other streaming services are available, so not a big deal.

"A gem!"

Beautifully presented, really clean, and comes with a lovely outdoor space. IPads next to the beds, free snack basket and a well stocked kitchen. Easy to find, free on street parking. I booked very last minute as I'd messed up my dates, and when I called a few minutes after booking to check they'd received it and ask if I could check in straight away (around 7pm) the lady couldn't have been nicer, really sympathetic and assured me everything was ready for us. Luckily they'd had a cancellation and I got a great rate.

Nothing, I'll look to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

"A lovely haven in Margate with everything needed for a great stay."

On a quiet street backing onto gardens the Duplex is a lovely place to stay in Margate. Lisa is a really helpful host, the flat is comfortable, excellently fitted out, and clean. There's some excellent and quirky shops on Northdown Road, just round the corner, with the International Food Centre and Tirrah's pizza bar great for supplies and takeaway! Then it's a short walk to the beach or the many brilliant things in the town. When not out and about, the outside space was lovely to have, breakfast al-fresco was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

The overall rating just drops a little as some things are due a refresh (we fought with the blinds and lost!). But it's clear that the flat will continue to be refurbished and well looked after. A lovely place.
