"Smelled like old people. Cluttered. Needs repairing. Does not reflect the pictures."

Remove all the clutter. Repair the broken toilet seat and other broken or run down items. Give everything a deep clean. Make the photos and advertisement properly represent the properly. Follow through on the promised refund which was not done.

Huge apartment and very spacious. The beds were comfortable in a nice location just outside the crowded area. The hosts were super accomodating and friendly

The hot shower system could be a tad better and the kitchen equipment like the microwave could be changed for a relatively better one but nothing major.
