excellent apartment , comfy, large, with perfect location, close to everything, host was well organized and polite, check in and check out was easy, everything worked, nice terrace, free parking available on the street, walking distance to old town, Nafplio is beautiful place to visit

only one bathroom

First of all the host was friendly and helpful. The location was also fine as the place is a 10 min walk from old town, squares etc and you still find a parking spot on the street every single time. There are cute places to drink/eat very close and also a supermarket was round the corner. The apartment that we rented was top floor and had a balcony, washing machine, iron etc.

The overall feeling of the place is that of a warehouse. The apartment is full of left overs - all the furniture feels like it found its way there randomly. Worse even, it felt like no one paid attention to it. I have seen places that have very humble objects but with owners who care enough to make it all come together nicely, so that you feel welcomed by the space. Half the kitchen cabinets had stuff randomly thrown inside and didn't feel cleaned at all. Even the ceiling windows (that I normally appreciate), had some kind of fabric nailed (!) on them. We stayed and had a great time all the same BUT: for this price we could have stayed at a much more taken care of hotel room. Also, there were no amenities whatsoever: no shower gel, no shampoo, only one toilet paper, no plastic bags to change the bins. Not terrible, but frankly dissapointing. If we paid a MUCH lower price I could accept it, but if you charge us as a pro, you should deliver like one too.
