Location is excellent, walking distance from many stores and restaurants and coffee houses. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room for my wife daughter and I to relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area. So much better space wise and money wise than a hotel room.

Everything met our needs. So nothing not to like about the place.

it was very convenient to many locations , the parking on the street was always available , the park is in walking distance , the loft was clean and cozy so glad that I got the opportunity to book this cozy downtown loft

The location was exceptionally convenient to everything around Milford. Shops, restaurants, and many other activities are within easy walking distance from the property. Keith was exceptional with communication, and made the entire process of booking, checking in, staying, and checking out quite simple and stress-free. We HIGHLY recommend this property, and especially Keith as the host!

Being that the loft is an upstairs apartment in an older building, the steps leading up are steeper than the typical staircase. This was not an issue for us at all, but some older or less mobile guests may have an issue.

Everything!!!!! This is a very cozy place, you will defenitly feel at home and never be dissapointed. You will not find a motel room in Milford area that is cheaper or as convenient, have stayed here alot and always a great place to stay!!! Keith will make sure that your stay is a great one, he goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!!

NOTHING!!!! AS ALWAYS A GREAT PLACE!!!!
