The Estate Loft in Downtown Milford

Everything, as always a great place to stay. Beats any motel around!!!

it’s was clean comfortable and close to my venue which was very convenient. the hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Keith is a very nice gentleman and is very helpful, he is also very quick with responses to your request or questions. Was a very nice little cozy apt, we will defenitly stay again!!

Awesome location on Main Street, Milford, with everything a very short walk away including brewery, antique stores and multiple dining options. Keith was an amazing host and the property itself is perfect. The property is warm, immaculate and has everything you could ever need. We can’t wait to come back!

On street parking no river view as expected

We've stayed at a lot of places and there was nothing at The Loft not to like.

Great find in a very nice small town. Keith followed up and provided great hospitailty. The unit was super clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay again when back in the area!

Everything was great!

We will definitely stay here again. We were on our way to Kenyon College to drop off our daughter and decided to spend a couple of nights in Milford. We discovered this cute town last year when we were riding our bikes on the trail. The Estate Loft is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Keith has thought of everything to make guests comfortable. When it rained and we stayed in, we played the board games that are provided. Also, he was great at communicating. We knew exactly what to expect and how to check in and out. Plus, he leaves a guide book with all sorts of helpful information regarding the stay. The Estate Loft has only one bedroom so our daughter slept on the futon in the living room. She said it was very comfortable, and she didn't mind not having a bedroom. My husband and I plan to come back and ride the trail again since we weren't able to bring our bikes this time. From The Estate Loft, the trailhead is a 5-minute drive (or bike ride) and connects several Rails to Trails routes.

Everything was great. But I would caution anyone with mobility issues that the stairs are steep.
