CAROLA in Pico de Loro

Просторный номер, очень много кроватей, сам лофт очень понравился детям))) одна комната была очень просторной и с красивым видом на озеро, вторая была тесноватой и окна выходили в подъезд-обе комнаты не равнозначны по комфорту, но так как мы остановились ненадолго, то особо не заметили минус второй комнаты))

Полотенец было меньше чем количество проживающих, не было полотенец для рук , на кухне можно поставить чай/кофе-для общего впечатления)) не было полотенец для ног, я вывешивала коврики на улицу чтобы просыхали от воды

Very cozy apartment. Easy to reach. Nicely fit out.

The AC on the 2nd floor didn’t work. The shower on the 2nd floor didn’t have warm water.

Clean and functional. The resort facilities were excellent. The secluded cove and the beach were lovely.

The main bedroom aircon didn’t work well. The bathroom hot water didn’t work.

The space is big enough for 4-6 people. Good amenities. Caretaker is polite.

The place smelled dusty maybe due to molds accumulation, when we checked the cabinet in one of the rooms there were molds inside. One of the guests asthma had beem triggered due to this The aircondition in one of the room is not working, we woke up in sweats. No lights in the balcony. The bidet is not working.

Rice cooker cable was taped up together, cutlery in the kitchen cabinet were sticky, quite old kitchen cabinet. No beach towels provided. Safety issues on floor tiles in the hallway are loose and some are just taped up together
