Nothing, it was over priced too far and the road to the property is catastrophic

As soon as you enter the property you are obliged to pay the registration at the country club and pay the amount of 1400 per guest even tho the guest aren’t going to use the amenities, I told them my daughter and my niece will be leaving in an hour at the time of the registration and wouldn’t be able to use the amenities but they still insist that they have to pay!!! My mum wouldn’t be able to swim or use any of the amenities but she still have to pay even tho she’s not going to leave the apartment!! We already paid for our our stay there!! All together it cost us way too much than a 5 star hotel we are in Boracay.. The standard of the place doesn’t match the price. The amenities consisted of a pool and a private beach. We were told to leave the water at 5pm as they said it was too dark. This facility is nowhere near up to the standards required for the amount of money you pay. My advice is to avoid here if possible.

The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful especially since trying to check-in was not the most straightforward. The location and access to the country club facilities was fantastic.

The condo seems a bit dated with old furniture (mostly cupboards and the like) left out on the veranda and the rest of the furniture in need of some care. Whilst not a functional issue, it gave the unit a cheap feel that didn't reflect the value of the resort. The front bathroom lacks ventilation although that's a minor issue.
