"The resort itself is a great experience but not that accommodation that we stayed in."

We loved the facilities of Pico De Loro. The calm beach and peaceful surrounding.

We were not comfortable with the accomodation. There were 2 bathrooms. The outside common bathroom toilet water heater was leaking and was not working since Day 1. There was no advice from the owner before our arrival that it was leaking. On the 2nd day, the leak got worse. Only to find out from the caretaker that it has been spoiled and not taken care of for fixing. The other toilet is common as well for the two rooms. The doorknob of one room connected to the toilet is spoilt as well the reason we cannot access the toilet. Only the people from the other room can access it thus it is inconvenient to us.
