"Over priced. The restaurant service was just ok."

The room was very nice.

They nickel and dine you on every corner. They didn't;have our reservation at the gate and the charge us 300 pesos to get to the reservation desk.. When we got to the desk they charge us 900 pesos to join the club.There was also a charge for the beach towels of a 100 pesos per person and when we went to the pool they wanted to charge an additional 100 pesos per person. The place is to far from Manila. We had to make a deal to get back with grab. I don't recommend the bus which we took going. The hotel charges $60 per person to go back too.

We just like the sorroundings outside and the beach

Furnitures are too old, dirty curtains, beddings are dirty as well as the floor, did not informed there were no towels and soap and no where to buy , they should have informed hand so we could have taken or bring some food for us etc..

"Hell"

Complete cooking set ,

Wifi and netflix not working , entrance for 1400 , all things need to be individually aside from entrance , beach chair 750 for 4hours , towel for 50 pesos. Crowded pool , noisy neighboorhood. Fake advertisement not a white sand beach ,service with pay 300 per ride ,,overrated and expensive , not practical place. Boring place, .. host unhelfpul , broken doors.

"Good location, Clean and Comfortable"

Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one. We liked that it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioners, TV and refrigerator were in perfect condition. There was internet connection albeit a bit slow, but mobile data was also slow, so this might be attributed to the area. Also, the place itself was conveniently located in the middle of Pico Beach, Pico Sands Hotel and the Country Club.

There are some things that need to be changed or replaced like the rice cooker and frying pan. My son also accidentally damaged a vase because the property has a lot of them (also mirrors and framed photos). We had to pay for it. If you have playful or active children, don't book. The price was also a bit hefty since it was peak season/Holy Week.

"Bonding with siblings"

Great location, near the pool and beach. Place was really clean and equipped with essential items for cooking.

Nothing that i didnt like about the place. It was cozy and relaxing.
