Cable tv is not available. I called the management and they said they will send someone to fix the problem nobody came. We reported the issue 3 times but nobody came to fix it.

Quiet place closed to beach side

Attention there is extra fee what have to pay for each person at the Country club for using the facilities. Bit far from the next bigger cities...so if booked a condo flat bring all belongings like food. There is no supermarket. By car to Nasugbu City around 30 to 40 mins drive. The buildings need a renovation...Will getting worst if not. Beach was at our stay over not so cleaned like we expected for that environmental area.

"Quiet weekend getaway"

The flat truly felt like a "home away from home." We were comfortable and the amenities were well thought of. Like, towels were avaulabke and out so we didnt have to serach for anything. Little perks like dish detergent, hand soap, and best of all, working appliances (induction, water dispenser, toaster, electric kettle)! The fridge had ample space. The fact that there were 2 bathrooms was great. Wifi signal was strong, dont remember there being a dead spot anywhere in the flat.

We couldnt watch Netflix on the TV.
