Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. I liked that you could walk to the beach

I did not like the disturbance of the grass cutting for most of the day,no peace and quite,staff was rude. Toilet system did not work The main gate did not work. Back up light was not charged, no lights when the power went out. This unit should not be on rent at all. !

Close to the beach. Literally walk down the hill to the beach.

Bin cupboard was broken. Shower wasn't cleaned properly - floor full of dead insects. Lounge fan needs to be replaced. Bath should rather have a telephone shower

"Due to the upgrade we had a fabulous time."

The agent Roelien upgraded us to an apartment in Uvongo which was fantastic. The new unit at Topanga had amazing views, balcony dining, an extra bedroom and two bathrooms. It was a great upgrade.

Villa del Sol had a broken toaster and freezer door. The oven door did not close properly so was unusable. The shower and basin were mouldy and the unit was not clean.

Villa Del Sol, from the moment you step into the beautifully decorated home you feel at home. The view is absolutely stunning, to get to the major stores is a short walk along the beach. The home is fully equipped with everything needed to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The owner checks in to ensure you are comfortable and the landlord is absolutely friendly. We will definitely be back. Absolute value for money.
