The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. It’s located in the heart of Margate, I loved the views and the fact that I could walk to town in a minute.

Please upgrade unit 9. I trust you can do better. Also please try to have white bedding on all your beds so that when we make content, everyone can see that we’re in a high class accommodation.

The host was great she allowed us to check in a bit late since we were coming from work to the place . We couldn't find our keys in the post box however she then upgraded us to a new place that she also owns. Topanga is the name of the place and it was such a great experience. She also kept checking up on us to see if everything was okay and anytime we called she would pick up immediately. We were able to walk to the shops and to the beach which is 3 minutes walk. All in all we truly enjoyed her upgrade to Topanga , great place and great host ...we were also able to check out at a convenient time no pressure. We ended up checking out at 12:30 and she was even fine with us checking out at 2 pm so I like her flexibility and attentiveness to her guest. Topanga has the greatest view cause you are like so close to the beach and they have a beautiful pool actual two and a common braai place but if you want to braai privately they also have a braai stand for each room and a balcony with couches or chairs to sit outside . Just know if you book with her if anything goes wrong she will push hard to make sure all is well and she will exceed you expectations.

Provision of toilet paper in the place one toilet paper roll per bathroom isn't enough for four people otherwise nothing is off about this place.

The villa is very accommodating and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay with my family , very safe and reliable. Enjoyed the pool with my family and it clean.

The TV was giving me trouble and it would be nice if they install DStv instead of open view. Having to clean before I go since on the rules booklet they stated that I have live the villa as it's when I arrived... housekeeping would be nice.
