DDM Studio - O paraíso do Sítio da Nazaré

Unas vistas increíbles, maravillosas, al salir del estudio a la calle. Vimos los fuegos artificiales del 1 de enero desde la puerta. El estudio tenía todo lo necesario. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y eficaz -incluso con un regalo de año nuevo.

The view is amazing from the terrasse, and the location is realy good

The kitchen is small, only seets for 4x people. No relaxing area inside if bad weather. The bathroom has a glass-door without a lock on it!! No space to hang jackets or place shoos

Perfect views

No water (no fault of the business, this was due to a major storm in Nazare). Sent email, texts days before arrival with no response (Asking if I could check in early).

Location with spectacular views

Just proof again that if an establishment has a great view they rely on that to bring in the sales and don’t need to make much more effort to ensure one’s stay is memorable. Furniture and bedding very basic and low budget. No drinking water in the studio and just one coffee pod per person. No explanation on where and how to connect to Wi Fi. Vinyl floor has sand below. Various attempts to contact landlord by phone or email. No answer. No feedback on water cut that lasted more than 12 hours. Just complete silence. What a disappointment.

Vista impagabile

Accoglienza inesistente, non possono fare affidamento esclusivo su codici da inserire per aprire le camere. Non funzionava perché era saltata la corrente e non riuscivano a risolvere, abbiamo passato più di mezz’ora fuori l’appartamento prima che venisse qualcuno ad aprirci dopo numerosi solleciti via messaggio e chiamate, direi imbarazzante.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick über die untere Stadt und den Strand. Direkt an einem Fußgängerweg, kein Straßenlärm. Große Fenster lassen viel Licht in das Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist mordern und ausgesucht.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe waren extrem schwierig. Kommuniziert wurde, wenn überhaupt, über Whatsapp oder SMS, auf Anrufe wurde quasi nicht reagiert, auch nicht auf Nachrichten über Booking.com. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage am Anreisetag hieß es, wir bekommen den Code für die Schlüsselbox um 15:00, wenn der Mietzeitraum beginnt. Um 15:30 kam nach mehreren Anrufen von uns eine SMS, dass jemand unterwegs ist. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde und mehreren Anrufen von uns kam dann eine Whatsapp Nachricht, dass sich die Person verspätet und Infos mit dem Türocode und Schlüsselcode und einer Beschreibung. Damit hat es dann reibungslos geklappt. Aber warum man uns nicht gleich den Code hat schicken können, ist uns schleierhaft. So haben wir bei Regen und Sturm vor dem Apartment auf eine Person gewartet, die dann gar nicht gekommen ist. Insgesamt empfanden wir den Preis zu hoch.

Excelente localização, fica sensivelmente a 10min a pé do Farol da Nazaré, bom restaurantes nos arredores com qualidade preço muito boa!

Existiu algumas quebras de energia mas nada que fosse duradouro, talvez por conta da tempestade.
