Very comfortable, quiet, well-equipped ground floor flat.

The lack of a view! The flat is situated on the ground floor, at the back ofthe building, next to the small car park. The weather was poor so we were not tempted to sit on the patio; just as well, given there is no patio furniture!

Property is very well equipped with everything needed for self-catering. Excellent, large walk-in shower and supply of fluffy white hand and bath towels. Comfortable double bed with plenty of pillows and bed covers. The apartment is very quiet even though it is on the ground floor of a small apartment block. The Bistro situated next door in the Pentire Hotel is an added bonus if you want to eat out, the prices are reasonable and the food is good. The apartment comes with an easy to access dedicated parking space for one car. There is a regular bus to town with a stop about 100 metres away.

The seagull droppings on my car every day (a mixture of poo and cement?). No plugs in kitchen and bathroom sinks (makes it harder to hand wash a few dishes in the kitchen rather than use dishwasher and harder to wet shave in the bathroom). Working of the oven is a mystery, as is TV set-up. Owner sorted out TV problem but I did not ask about the oven.

Very well appointed and spacious apartment, comfortable bed, easy access on ground floor.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but would have appreciated a couple of fold up suitcase racks.

We liked the easiness of the location & access to the apartment. Very clean, comfortable & everything we needed including some nice touches like shower gel, shampoo/conditioner & new cleaning bits like dish cloth, dishwasher tablets & washing tablets for the machine. Milk & biscuits supplied & also some great Coffee, Tea etc. Plenty of crockery/cutlery/utensils. Very quiet location & parking space available. Overall a really lovely, spacious apartment with lots of comforts. Would perhaps like to stay in one of the apartments on first or second floor if we came back because we missed having a view of the ocean.

Lack of Control of the underfloor heating as we found it to warm especially overnight. The Venetian blinds looked a little tatty ( No cords along bottom to hold together so found there were a lot of gaps between blinds) & the flush button for the toilet missing.

Spacious, decoration, cleanliness, communication from host.

Very clean, spacious and great location.
