"Very Good"

Convenient location and clean. Good and quick response from any questions raised to the management team. Entry very easy with clear instructions although main entrance door doesn't lock unless pushed hard so needs to be noted. Well stocked kitchen and working appliances.

We have stayed in these apartments a few times over the last 3 years but now think they are looking a little tired and in need of some attention. The shower in the main bathroom leaked from underneath the shower tray, causing damp behind the door in the second bedroom and the shower head in the ensuite could do with a descale or replacement. I reported the leak to the management team who were passing it on to the maintenance team. We were only there one night so do not know if this has been done. Overall a good base for what we needed in Norwich at an affordable price.

"House if fine, but not what we expected."

Location was good, warm property.

Parking information wasn’t great. We had a baby with us and weren’t informed that you needed to park 10min away until the 3pm check in. Made for a difficult walk in the snow and ice! Also no elevator in the building, again would have been good to have a heads up on this considering the company knew we had a child with us. House was okay, pictures online look a lot nice than real life. Some basic things missing like breadboards in kitchen etc.

Great location with spacious rooms and very comfy beds. The apartment was well equipped, warm, and cosy, making it a comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed the space and felt at home throughout our visit.

The smell going upto apartments people smoking weed but not the owners fault.
