Comfortable to sleep 5 people, very clean and modern decor. Great central location. Easy access instructions.

Intercom system not working so couldn’t let partner in without going downstairs. Evening noise outside although bedrooms quiet as not at front of property

Jamie, the host, was lovely, helpful and communicative - very easy to get hold of if needed as well. The location was great and easy to find and the check in/out was easy. We only spent one night there and didn’t spend a lot of time inside/use many of the facilities but the apartment was clean, there were plenty of towels/blankets etc and the beds were comfy.

Only one note the window handles in the living room were broken/didn’t work and was slightly warm when we arrived but it wasn’t an issue as it cooled down/there were fans provided.

Location

Extremely run down compared to pictures. Very unclean, stains all over the walls, mirrors, bathroom, sofa and cushions. Strong smell of smoke throughout the property despite having all windows closed. Key got stuck in the front door and I was trapped in the property, the lock was clearly faulty and when help arrived to unlock it from the outside they still struggled. Owner said they will get the lock replaced today but have seen reviews dating back to 2024 saying there were issues with the lock so clearly an ongoing issue - just thankful we didn’t need to get out in an emergency.

Good value accommodation, clean and well equipped for a short stay. Two bathrooms makes it perfect for two couples sharing - ideal for a weekend away in Norwich, or friends travelling together to enjoy a bit of space and privacy. Great location.

Living room is basic and small but this didn’t affect our stay, it was perfect for what we needed. May be an issue if someone planned to spend time in the property.
