The location was excellent, just 5minutes walk to the Norwich city centre. The apartment was roomy, very tidy and all that we wished for. Ben was an excellent host with all problems solved very quickly.

Difficulty getting into key box, but maybe that is just us.

Great location with secure parking (payable). Nice to have tea/coffee/milk & biscuits as we didn’t bring anything with us.

Bed so close to the wall on the right side made it very difficult to get out of in the night.
