Stylish 1 bedroom apartment in Norwich city centre

The apartment is very well located. It’s walking distance to the city centre and close to the ring road for driving anywhere else. Parking is available behind the property for an extra charge. The apartment itself is small but appears to be well appointed, with a perfectly serviceable kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom, and a living area with table, sofa and TV.

The property is modern with paper thin walls and floors, so you hear everything going on around you. Someone in the apartment above gets up around 3-4am every morning and wanders around for a bit. The carpark lights come on whenever someone approaches the property door, so they flick on and off several times each night. Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. The oven didn’t work properly and wasn’t fixed during our stay. There was very little kitchenware or cooking utensils, so cooking proper meals was a trial. The carpark is very tight. The space we were allocated would be impossible to access in a large vehicle if there were a car in the next space.

BEING WOKEN UP AT 3 AM BY SOME WOMAN IN CAR PARK SHOUTING AND BEEPING CAR HORN.But there's always one and dont blame the hosts for that.

Location was excellent

The oven had lost all markings so you could not tell which setting you were on (reason for booking was for cooking facilities). There was no iron but there was an ironing board. The sofa had very questionable stains on and could have done with a really good clean. The kitchen itself was big but what would have been better was to have some basic stuff such as salt and pepper.

Clean, well situated modern apartment. Easy to access keys with clear instructions. Lovely green opposite where you can sit on a sunny day. All amenities within walking distance.

Seems a fairly new build, so, as with all new builds, thin walls. Unloading was difficult as the road was busy, I pulled onto the car park but it was tight. Other than that, excellent. I will be booking again when in Norfolk.

Location was excellent. Getting access was easy.
