Studio 4- 6 Norwich City Centre Apartment

Leaded windows in the bedroom were great, as we're most of the old features retained in the refurb. The window in the kitchen too,

The shower was dirty, black mould on the seal and corner of wall and floor. Also didn't drain properly. Both bathroom cabinets were dirty inside, the bathroom door and hob had greasy fingerprints on (we cleaned these last 2 ourselves) The ever so friendly and polite host came to clean and unblock the shower, and cleaned the cabinets, which they did, but the shower cubicle itself still had black mould on. Bearing in mind we got charged a £35 cleaning fee, I find this not to acceptable standards. Have they not heard of moult and mildew clearer??

Great communication from the owner, sparkingly clean, super comfy bed, brilliant location. Welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge, informative pack was very helpful. Norwich had plenty on offer, the cathedral was stunning and you can get a train to the coast very easily, we chose Cromer which was a great seaside resort.

That we couldn't stay longer! It didn't bother us and the owner is transparent about it but the stairs are steep up to the bedroom.

The apartment was very nice and cozy.

Only pillows were too unconfortable..

Would have preferred upstairs bathroom / toilet. Stairs a bit steep.

Very steep narrow stairs that anyone with mobility issues would struggle with. Bathroom was downstairs from bedroom so stars were a challenge in the night.
