Excellent location, could walk everywhere. We went to see a show at Norwich Theatre which was literally next door! Took 2 minutes to walk there max.

Very centrally located. Very spacious inside. Very clean. A generous gift box upon arrival. Use of the adjacent car park was absolutely key to booking. Everything was really very good. Nothing not to like! There was a slight hic-cough with the parking provider, but the hosts rectified this quickly and efficiently.

It was quite difficult to coax the central heating into life. We never actually managed it. But we think it probably came on during the night. I can't honestly say that we were cold.

Location was fab. Quirky but in a really nice way. Very well equipped with Everything you need. Welcome hamper was a very nice touch. Thank you. Didn’t need parking but literally on the doorstep for those that do. Highly recommended

Excellent location, spacious - welcome hamper was a lovely gesture. Pre-arrival information very good regarding parking/key collection. Hosts were quick to respond and resolve the fire alarm issue when it was set off accidentally in an adjoining property.

Some local information for restaurants etc would have been useful.

Location was brilliant as we were going to see a show at Norwich Theatre. We could not have got any closer to the venue and it was perfect for the city centre
