Excellent communication from host, giving us all the info we needed for a very pleasant stay. The apartment was immaculate throughout with very comfortable beds. Lots of nice touches including a welcome pack. Parking 2 minute walk from apartment. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. The breakfast we provided ourselves! John was very helpful. When we arrived the fridge appeared not to be working properly and since the ambient temperature was about 90 degrees fahrenheit this was a problem for food storage. When we telephoned John he immediately produced a new fridge freezer so that we could use that as well as the original fridge. When we said that there was no ice tray he immediately produced one of those as well which was a great blessing given the very hot and humid weather. We were impressed.

We could have done with a bit more crockery - and maybe we should have been warned that the apartment was on the second floor and that there was no lift. This was probably more of a problem for us than for some people as ouir average age was 88!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Fabulous central location. Welcome pack was lovely. Good communication with the owner.

Nothing, although the stairs to the apartment could be a problem for some people.

"Great stay in Norwich with a comfortable apartment to come back to after a long day of walking."

Excellent location to city centre, en-suites to both bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with a welcome pack was a lovely touch. Felt like home from home and most importantly the host Mandy was very accessible with any questions we had with very prompt replies. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.
